Amenity room rules
These rules apply to every booking. The strata council can update them from admin settings.
# Newton Park Amenity Room Rules 1. The room is for the use of Newton Park residents and their guests only. 2. Bookings are limited to the time window you reserve. Please vacate by the end time so the next resident can begin on schedule. 3. No smoking, vaping, or open flames. 4. Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 5. Maximum occupancy: 20 people. 6. Clean up after your event. Garbage, recycling, and compost must be removed. 7. Damage to the room or its contents may result in the full deposit being retained. 8. The resident who booked the room is responsible for all guests. 9. Door codes are personal — do not share them outside your party. 10. The strata council reserves the right to cancel bookings that violate these rules.
