I didn't get the 6-digit code.
Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after a minute, tap “Send me another code” on the verify screen. If your unit number isn't on file, the strata may need to add you to the resident list first.
What happens to my deposit?
We hold the deposit during your booking. After the room is checked (usually within 48 hours), the strata releases it back to your card, or retains it in part or in full if the rules weren't followed. A refund typically settles in 5–10 business days.
My door code didn't work.
The code only works during your booking window, plus a short grace period either side. If you're inside that window and the lock still rejects the code, call the strata. We can re-issue a code right away.
Can I cancel my booking?
The strata can cancel and refund your booking. Call or email and we can sort it out. The booking fee may or may not be refunded depending on timing — the deposit always is, unless rules were already broken.
How early can I get in?
The door code activates 15 minutes before your start time, and stops working 15 minutes after the end time. The strata can adjust this buffer if your event needs more setup time.
